My journey into Integration has been full of Many Surprises and Unexpected Twists. Initially, I embarked on a fascinating Discovery Phase where I began to unearth Various Aspects of my own Psyche and Behaviors. This Phase was an Eye-Opening experience, filled with moments of Revelation and Self-Awareness. Following this, and continuing into the present, I have been Utilizing a Method known as Co-consciousness. Through this approach, I am able to Observe and Train the Real Martin in Multiple Aspects of Behavior, guiding him through this Intricate and Steep Learning Curve. Each step has been a Profound Lesson, contributing to my Overall Growth and Understanding.
